Introduction & Purpose: We are currently undertaking research on the alco-beverage industry. The
research intends to understand the perceptions of consumers, like yourself.

Process: For this purpose, we are interviewing people like yourself and requesting them to
participate in a survey on these issues. The online survey would take around 10-15 minutes. If you
agree to participate, we will ask you to respond to some questions. As we will be requesting you to
participate in the consumer research in days to come and we will contact you more than once and
we hope this would not be a concern.
